At Prakke Prints, our products are made with care and, in many cases, specifically prepared for your order. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or other reasons unrelated to a damaged or defective item.
Please take a moment to review your order carefully—including product selection, quantity, size, and shipping information—before completing your purchase.
By placing an order with Prakke Prints, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an issue caused by us, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, if the item was damaged during shipping
We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first and receiving instructions.

Prakke Prints is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modifications, accidents, excessive heat, or normal wear and tear.
